Onshore3D

Built by a seller
who needed it.

Onshore3D wasn't founded as a fulfillment startup. It's the production floor of a working e-commerce brand, opened up to other sellers.

01The origin

First we built the shop

UFODesigns3D Inc. is a made-to-order 3D-print brand in Torrance, California — 3,000+ orders shipped across Etsy, Shopify, eBay, and TikTok Shop, including a 4.9★ Etsy shop at Star Seller standing. Every part of the operation was built by running it: the 12-machine Bambu Lab farm, the print-hour maintenance tracking, the written inspection SOPs, the packaging line.

Then de minimis ended, overseas fulfillment broke for US-bound orders, and sellers we knew started asking the same question: who can print and ship my products inside the border without a sales call and a mystery quote? We already had the answer running in our own garage. Onshore3D is that answer with a front door on it.

02The operator

A person, not a portal

Onshore3D is founder-operated. The person who reads your email runs the machines, slices the files, and packs the boxes — and runs a Star Seller shop on the same equipment. When you ask whether a part will print well, the answer comes from someone who eats their own print failures.

What that means for you

No account managers, no ticket queues, no re-explaining your part to a new rep. One operator, full context, every time.

What it doesn't mean

No corner-cutting. The written SOPs exist precisely because one person runs this — the process, not memory, is what keeps unit 900 identical to unit 3.

03The stance

What we are and aren't

We are a production partner for e-commerce sellers: batch runs, white-label shipping, radical price transparency. We are not a design studio (print-ready files only), not a certified aerospace shop (no ISO, no GD&T reports — we'll say so on the first email), and not a marketplace middleman (your store, your customers, your brand).
